RESIDENCE:3500 sq. ft, five bedroom, 2.5 bath model home
OWNER:Builder

PURPOSE OF PROJECT / PROBLEM: Completion of interior and exterior elements of a newly-constructed house and furnishing for greatest appeal to potential buyers.

SOLUTION: Designed complete interior of home: definted function of each space, chose all finish materials including countertops, tile, flooring and lighting; selected furniture, fabrics, window coverings and accessories; arranged furniture, art and accents.

THEME: Beautiful and warm, yet highly livable home using arts and crafts style accented with Asian elements; nature and travel influences throughout.
